4. Project Ownership and Intellectual Property
Upon receiving full payment for a completed project, TinyByte Labs assigns all rights, title, and interest in the project to the client, unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement. Any intellectual property developed by TinyByte Labs during the course of the project, including but not limited to source code, designs, and documentation, will belong to the client upon the final payment and delivery of the project.
5. Project Satisfaction and Refunds
Client satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the client's requirements. If, at the end of the project, the client is not satisfied with the delivered project, we will refund 100% of the upfront payment received from the client. Please note that any additional work requested beyond the original project scope may incur additional charges and will be discussed and agreed upon separately.
6. Limitation of Liability
TinyByte Labs provides software development services to the best of its ability, but we cannot guarantee the success, profitability, or market acceptance of the projects we undertake. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service.
